Dorothy Creamer provides research and advisory services for hotels, casinos, restaurants and travel organizations at IDC. Her research focuses on how these business segments are transforming and leveraging technology to increase efficiencies, deliver operational benefits and identify new revenue streams. Prior to joining IDC, Ms. Creamer was Editor-in-Chief of Hospitality Technology (HT) magazine, where she led the brand’s content strategy and execution and acted as editorial liaison with clients. During her tenure she launched the Top Women in Restaurant Technology Awards, honoring innovators, influencers and rising stars in restaurant IT. She was also was the lead analyst and author for HT’s award-winning and bench-marking research reports that are cited in national news outlets such as The New York Times.
